This chimney was in need of repair, a few years BEFORE the owner called... It was crumbing, all the Mordor had separated from the bricks.
We went in and took all the old out, and rebuilt it. It should last longer than before as our Mortar is more engineered than it was 70 years ago when this one was likely first installed.
